I am so excited to FINALLY be sharing this session with you guys! I waited patiently so no Christmas surprises were ruined. You know I try and tell the story of all my clients and this story is the absolute sweetest! If your favorite time of year is Christmas, then don’t get portraits done in the spring in a grass field. Schedule a session while you are putting up the tree or baking Christmas cookies. Those will be the ones that mean the most.
Which is exactly what we did here. I can’t begin to explain how incredible it was to document this time with this family! I’m pretty sure my favorite thing is the book which is recorded by Mom’s grandparents. Seriously. I’m completely jealous! Who wouldn’t want a book with their grandparents reading to them? And the best part is they didn’t sit down and listen to the book simply because I was there. This is routine for them. I was told the kiddos can’t wait to listen to it nearly every night. How special!!
Their story isn’t only about Christmas and the book. Look closely. You can see how the oldest lights up when he looks at his mom; he can’t get enough of her! The youngest loves to joke and leaves everyone laughing. Mom and Dad not only love the boys but each other and just being together is all they need in life. These really are the memories you want to freeze in time. I’m so happy I was able to do that for them 🙂
